Casual and loud enough for kids. Kids love the boardwalk behind the restaurant where you can feed lots of turtles.
Chiringo
Grayton Beach
Why we love it: Great vibes and chill open-air beachside spot with outdoor seating and there are always kids running around outside. The county recently installed a large cement wall blocking kids from going in the street, so now it’s extra fun for parents too. Delicious tacos, wings, and kids menu. The best frozen margaritas on 30A.
Beach Camp Brewpub
Grayton Beach
Why we love it: This is a great spot for Sunday brunch ($5 mimosas and delicious food), especially on a pretty day in their large outdoor seating area. Plenty of space for the kids to run around outside, and yard games too. Or visit on a Monday night for half off Wing Night— a great value when feeding a family.

Hurricane Oyster Bar
Grayton
Why we love it: This is one of our favorite casual spots to feed the family because we get there before 6pm and take advantage of their incredible Happy Hour menu that includes multiple food items everyone loves, even the kids: sliders, ribeye quesadillas, street tacos, empanadas, soft pretzels, and more. All priced around $6 or $7 each during Happy Hour. $50 total for my family of 6 to eat dinner on 30A? Yes please! Great outdoor seating and fun vibe inside too.
Amici Italian Kitchen
Inlet Beach
Why we love it: Kids love the pizza and pasta dishes here, and they’re all $11 during Happy Hour 3pm-6pm, so you can feed the whole family for a reasonable amount. Fun, lively spot with indoor and outdoor seating.

Zen Japanese Grill & Sushi
Miramar Beach
Why we love it: Best reasonably-priced sushi in the (greater) 30A area. Great interior decor and lively atmosphere here. Kids can be loud and it doesn’t matter! Great service too—tell them it’s your first visit and they’ll send a free appetizer to your table.
Mezcal Mexican Grill
Miramar Beach
Why we love it: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all delicious here, but the standouts are 1) the most reasonably priced, delicious fajitas in the area that are large enough for 2-3 kids to share, and 2) their $5 Happy Hour menu, from 2pm-5pm daily, that features $5 tacos and $5 apps the kids love and fill up on. Lots of seating inside and out.
Pirate’s Voyage Dinner & Show
Panama City Beach
Why we love it: The excitement starts from the moment you pull into the parking lot of this pirate-themed building housing an auditorium-style venue with dining bar-style tables overlooking a stage. Think pirates join a circus— acrobats, dancers, & even animals entertain while a multi-course dinner is served. Fun for all ages. Tickets required.

Why we love it: The best outdoor kids’ play area around 30A! Open air, spacious, casual spot on the sandy shore of the bay. Always a ton of kids playing tag, building with the giant blue foam blocks North Beach provides, and dipping their toes in the Bay. Adults can enjoy dinner while watching their kids have fun close by. Beautiful sunsets, great food with plenty of options, huge bar, & live music.
The Bay Restaurant
Santa Rosa Beach
Why we love it: A little more upscale food items (and pricier) than its neighbor, North Beach Social, but the same great open-air atmosphere set on the Choctawhatchee Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, live music, Wednesday night bonfires, and tons of space on the sandy shore for kids to throw the football, play cornhole, and run around.
Los Rancheros
Santa Rosa Beach
Why we love it: Los Rancheros has been a 30A staple for a while but their brand new restaurant is super colorful and beautifully decorated. The casual, lively atmosphere is perfect for kids, and this is the spot to go for birthdays as long as you don’t mind a large sombrero placed on your head, free dessert, and Happy Birthday sung loud enough for all to hear!

Fish Out Of Water
Watercolor
Why we love it: One of the only kid-friendly restaurants with ocean views! While this restaurant serves more upscale food, the atmosphere is loud and laidback enough for kiddos. It also has a dedicated kids menu and virgin frozen drinks that kids love.
Wine World
Watercolor
Why we love it: Don’t let the name fool you, kids are welcome here! Plan to sit outside (interior dining is small) and people watch on 30A, or let the kids play in the fountains while the food cooks. Kids love the hummus appetizer, pizzas, and desserts. Parents love the 11am-6pm wine happy hour.
